Congratulations you have decided where you want to go on the first part of your career journey; it may be with a large organisation or your own. You have or are well on the way to successfully completing your degree but want some extra support in preparing to make the most of your next adventure.

Prepare is about transitioning your mindset from student (or traveller) to corporate whilst still ensuring you know what you want from your career and to help you clarify what you are happy to compromise on.

Suggested programme:

+ 3 x 45 min 1:1 coaching support sessions to ensure you are ready to take on your new opportunity via skype

+ Readiness sessions to ensure you have all you need to hit the road running (snippets of advice from business leaders)

+ PRISM Brain Mapping tool or Lumina Spark profile and 1 hour support session to identify your behavioural preferences to help you understand your own developmental trajectory

+ Ongoing email support for 6 months
